Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy with your order and it meets the criteria below, please reach out to us at selathelabel@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return & Exchange Criteria
• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
• All original packaging must be included.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and any return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
• If your exchange is approved, we’ll ship your replacement within five business days of receiving your return - once return postage has been paid. If your requested item is out of stock, there may be a short wait.
• Sela The Label is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if:
• The request is made more than 14 days after receiving your order.
• The item is not returned within 48 hours of receiving return authorisation.
• The item is returned without authorisation.
• The return is sent to the wrong address.
• The item is missing original packaging.
• The item is received damaged or not in resaleable condition.

If your return or exchange is declined, we’ll let you know via email. Any items needing to be sent back to you will be at your expense.

Gifts with Purchase (GWP)
If your original order included a complimentary item, this must also be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange to be processed.

Faulty Items
Many of our pieces are handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, size, or finish are normal.
However, if you believe you've received a faulty item, please contact us at selathelabel@gmail.com and we’ll look into it right away.
