We aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible! During regular trading periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Please note:
Choosing Express Post at checkout means your parcel will travel faster with Australia Post’s Express service, but it does not fast-track our internal processing time.

We ship all orders via Australia Post, and the following options will be available at checkout:
1. Standard Shipping (Australia) – $9.95 AUD

2. Express Shipping (Australia) – $14.95 AUD
• Includes tracking
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch
3. Free Standard Shipping With Orders Over $99 (Australia) – FREE
• Includes tracking
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch
Other Info You Should Know
• We use biodegradable, reusable satchels because we care about the planet.
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched (double-check your junk folder just in case!).
• Some parcels may require a signature on delivery. If you're not home, check for a collection card in your letterbox.
• If your parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, we’ll kindly ask you to cover the cost of re-sending it.
